Manufacturing and Sourcing programmes rarely fail because of a lack of ambition. They fail because the supply base behind them cannot carry the next step.
The decision that determines whether a programme works is made early, with incomplete information.
We exist to change that. We find the right manufacturers, prove they can do the work, and stay accountable until the outcome is delivered.
