Electronics fail quietly. A substituted component, a marginal solder joint or an untested firmware build can pass every visual check and still fail in the field.
The supply base is deep but uneven. The difference between a capable contract manufacturer and an assembly shop is rarely visible from a quotation.
What fails in electronics is usually what nobody checked.

What we watch for
Component authenticity
Counterfeit and substituted parts. We check sourcing channels and approved vendor lists.
Process control
Reflow profiles, AOI and X-ray coverage, ESD discipline — verified on the floor.
Functional test
A board that powers up is not a board that works. We define and witness functional test.
Change control
Silent BOM or firmware changes between batches. We require documented change approval.
How the standard applies
Every electronics manufacturer is audited in person, first articles are functionally tested to your acceptance criteria, and no build ships without inspection and documentation.
Send a BOM or a schematic. We will tell you who can build it properly.
